In all honesty, there is no way you can feel winning, because winning isn't a feeling. In fact, it is a verb, and feelings are tied directly to adjectives. It's like saying "I feel running" or "I feel typing". Well I guess you can feel the sensation of the typing or running, but they're not feelings like being happy or being sad are. Sensations of actions are from the outside, sensations of feelings are from the inside. So the technically and politically correct way of saying "I feel winning", would be to say "I feel the sensation of winning", or "I feel the incoming sensation of winning"; though this is technically wrong as well, because the sensation isn't there yet. I suppose you could say "I anticipate the sensation that comes from winning"; indeed this is likely the most correct statement to make, especially since you don't know whether you are going to win or are not.

TL;DR version: Winning isn't a feeling or mood like that of being happy or sad. You can't feel the sensation from winning either because you haven't won yet. So the best way to say "I feel winning" is "I anticipate the sensation that comes from winning".

yeah OK then, I'm not reading all that, but I appreciate your assumed knowledge of verbs

 

(sorry if I have any mis-spellings, Google Chrome has a spell check feature which I used a fair amount, but like I've said a few times, I'm using IE now)
