Well, no. he is a Firebender, so can do lightning (and redirect lightning) and breathe fire; as it's Dragonfire though, that can be a bit of a problem.

I have some Starlink weapons that can fire gravitational vortexes - can't wait for Musk's starlink network to go live so I can use them
