Indeed... Plus she can't control natural satellites or stars, like Celestia and Luna can  I think she's just able to break the fourth wall and seem powerful for doing so, but actually isn't that powerful...

The 4th wall cannot be broken if it is being used to her advantage  . Kind of how the mirror in Harry Potter doesn't grant one what's seen in the mirror if they intend on benefiting from it.

Seriously though, she can break the fourth wall, modify her own body endlessly without being hurt, and has impossible knowledge

She can also travel faster than Dashie (although that might be just a side effect of fourth wall breaking, as might her abilty to enter a frame from the top) and fly unaided by spinning her tail.Life with pinkie requires you just accept its Pinkie, because there don't seem to be any signficant limits on what she can do.
