With this pendant, no voodoo doll can ever harm you or even effect you.   It basically severs the connection between you and the doll, and ensures it stays severed.

I have no intention of harming Cinni my friend I am mealy keeping it safe until it can be rid of. also Celestia helped make it so I have no problems from her. though it wasn't ment for Cinni it was created in case one being became to powerful however there was a stray hair that got into the ingredients and Cinni is now bound to it.

Ugh. Seems like I'll need to hear Cinnamon's side of the story. If she says you've even slightly inconvenienced her, then you'll have to apologize to her. If she says you haven't bothered her in any way, then I'll apologize to you. 

 

I don't think there will be a truce though. Frankly, total war would give me too many benefits.
