Put the old Alicorn ruler in as a puppet to satisfy the crowds. It will look like she has been granted some power and autonomy, when in reality you will be pulling the strings and hold all the power.

Consider it done, she will be released to you so you may "Grant" her some powers, make sure you do it in public, but afterwards, make it VERY clear she has no authority and you will always have the final say in any matter.

Great, I had to open up the economy or the crystal empire would've probably became Syria.

Through Cadance I intend to slowly reverse this so that coup d'états don't happen
