My phone keeps playing winter wrap up

Before saying this should be in cloudsdale,

 

No I am not joking.

I need help from somepony who's good with cellphones.

The problem is with one of my old phones. It keeps turning itself on all the time to then play winter wrap up.

 

Yeah, really.

It's because I set winter wrap up to be the alarm song for me to wake up. And ever since I turned the phone on (yesterday) because I wanted to look at something (now I use my new xperia s). I have tried to turn off the alarm, but it still keeps turning itself on haha I know this sounds hilarious but it gets pretty annoying after like the 5th time. It turns itself on, plays winter wrap up and then I turn the alarm off (no not just by pressing stop alarm, I go to the alarm settings and removes the alarm). Then I turn the phone off. Then it goes about 10 mins and it turns on again. wtf?

 

I have tried to change the song to something else but it still turns on playing that song instead. I have tried to turn the volume down, but every time I restart the phone the volume resets to 50%

 

I could take the battery out, but I need to have this phone turned on too since some friends and relatives haven't got my other number and it's pretty annoying to take the battery out and put it in every time I actually need to use the alarm.

 

Why don't I use my new phone's alarm? Well I do but I need 3 alarms to wake up xD

 

So yeah my phone has either a broken alarm system or it is a brony.

What to do?

Uh.. I'm looking at that phone's user manual. Did you check the "recurrent alarm" setting? How about checking your "profile" to make sure that no alarms are set in there. Also, check your calendar, make sure there's nothing in there that could be setting it off.

 

The only two things I can think of are resetting the settings, or your phone is indeed a brony. You should be able to reset the settings without deleting any personal data, but I can't really tell you either, since I never had the phone. Alternatively, trying deleting Winter Wrap Up from the phone, and copying it over under a different file name.

 

If the phone is a brony, try changing the file name to be that of a pony. If it still plays the song, it likes that pony.

Yeah I have already looked in the calendar and that recurrent alarm thing. But nope.

I set the alarm to another song, then I deleted that song. Then I shut down the alarm. The phone kept turning on with the default alarm sound instead.. :/

Delete Winter Wrap Up from your music? It wont have any memory of it so it wont be able to play it.

Alrighty then. The user manual is very lacking for this phone. It does say: "The alarm rings even if the phone is set to silent or turned off." So, that at least solves something. Of course, Phone Arena makes me lol even harder with "It is so thick it needs a personal fitness trainer."

 

I know it sounds stupid and redundant, but what status icons are displayed on your home screen? Since the user manual only has gibberish like "The Magic Word is activated," I'm stumped.

I'm guessing the 5th one will be displayed.

 

Also, one other spot, look under Organizer, then check that Alarms option. Again, sinc eI don't have the phone, or access to one of that model, I don't really know how it works.
