(If I have Autumn Breeze, then Slendermane will probably not interact with the characters as much. I will use Autumn to guide the maze along more, and just have Slendermane as the enigmatic watcher. It would be more in character that way.)

Um, Breeze is a he. He is a bit of a bookworm, and pretty observant, but socially awkward (just like me), so I can get away with helping solve puzzles a little. I just can't make him omniscient. I will wait a while for everypony to decide on if they want to return for the sequel, or for new players to show up. Also, any suggestions for the Labyrinth is appreciated.

What do you want the challenges to be? Should they help the character face their own problems? Should they reflect the twisted psyche of the creator? Should they be clues to an ancient secret? I'm trying to pick a style.

Dave walked up to the strange light. "Well, I guess this is it. I still don't know what this was all about and what that strange pony wanted with all of us but I'd rather leave while I've got the chance." He walked into the light. Everything went white and as the light faded away he began to see the familiar wall of his bedroom. He lied there in his bed wondering to himself, was it all a dream?

And that's it for me. This was my first ever roleplay but it takes me a while to come up with this stuff and I would really rather be doing something else so I probably won't participate in the next one. It was fun though.

I have a question about when we start. Should we start during the characters' everyday lives and then get spirited away, or should we just wake up in the labyrinth again and just tell backstory latter?

I was just planning on waiting for a few days, probably until Friday, then starting. Of course, anyone can just drop in (It sort of screws with attempts at story, but oh well). I need to think up some puzzles and areas. So far I am thinking of it not just being a maze, but portals to different regions. Mountains, caves, underwater, etc. I don't have any specific challenges planned (I have been focused on school).

Don't worry about getting it out quickly. I have two RPs already going and anypony who wants to get into one can get into the Wolves one. Nice idea about the portal, more diversity. If you want, you can make it so to get into the story, you have to make your character before we begin.

Autumn Breeze

Male

Description: Red orange body, mane tail and feathers the colors of leaves in fall.

Personality: Socially awkward bookworm. Quiet and kind. Polite (tries to be a gentlecolt). Can fly, but afraid of great heights (fine flying up, but panics looking down). Intelligent and observant.

Cutie mark: An open book with a red leaf in the pages.

 

I will also use my Slendermane character.

Slendermane

Looks like an Earth Pony, but is something else entirely.

Description: My avatar. An earth pony without a face or mane. Black body and eerily pale white face. Wears a red tie.

Personality: An enigma.

Cutie mark: The Operator symbol.

Can appear at random. Doesn't teleport, just exists in one place, then exists in another. Can grow tentacles from his back. If you get to close to the creature, it will start to affect your health. You will have constant headaches, nausea, lose memories, have a terrible (sometime bloody) cough. Communicates through messages and symbols. (I like to think that either this is a different entity from Slenderman, or that the magic and happy atmosphere of Equerstria have changed it. It is no longer a malevolent hunter. Now it just performs experiments with the maze.
