Just starting my own operation, Operation Downfall

 

Going to tidy Ponyville. Currently empty spaces is filled with random trees to make sure no parasprites comes in.

 

Anyway, about SAA, how many spaces does the bats takes? and how many elements needed to destroy them?

I dunno how much space does the vampire fruit bat(s) take and it takes about 3 elements to destroy them or so. big question: how does that affect your gem needs if you fill up those empty spaces with random trees? If you asked me why, Parasprites has a chance to drop gems.

Just today I have not been able to recieve or give gifts. I have been trying to hand out gifts all afternoon and I keep getting the "retireiving information" that never goes away. has anyone else had this?

It takes a while depending on your internet connection and signal strength. If your internet connection and signal is weak, then it may take a long time to load up your friend list.

 

For those of you guys that are doing daily & weekly events, if you guys are trying to win pony from the event that says accumulate enough points in equestria girls dance mini-game, try to accumulate enough as you can before the reward(s) change, but if you think you can't get the reward on time, go extreme measures by doing The Cafeteria song and the EG stomp first because you have to wait 1 day for those songs to be ready to play. if you're that close to getting the reward, just do the opening theme (depending on how very close you are to get the reward) or this strange world or time to come together.

It's probably a bad internet connection. You can always try turning off the app (not exiting) and restarting it to try again.

My Ponyville has 5 full parasprites. All of them needs loyalty gems. Checks gem. 0. Screw this!

There's a timer there so you have to keep an eye on those conditions for rewards. When you go to the daily & weekly event, you tap what's on the list and then you'll see what the conditions are.

If you have the whole canterlot shops and a lot of ponyville shops, you should be able to get loyalty shards easily. You may want to assign the ponies to shops. Canterlot shops are easy to fill so you need about 4-5 stars. Ponyville shops, well you're gonna have to think about which ponies you're gonna assign to the shops. Most of my elements of harmony shards are like about around 250-999. You can always get the elements of harmony shards in the mine cart (carnage) mini-game, but I may strongly suggest to use 2x multiplier for the mine cart mini-game.

My game loves giving me Magic or Loyalty pests, but not enough shards to get rid of them. I rarely get any pests that AREN'T Red or Fuschia...stupid game. Here's what some of my game looks like so you can see my problem:

I can relate. I actually have about 8 changelings here and there. Fortunately, my Canterlot is finished, as in all the vital decors and ponies and shops are accounted for and in place, thus appearing the changelings doesn't change anything to me. For Ponyville, as stated above, I have placed a lot of random trees to prevent any parasprite from showing. Also, I decorated the clean part of Ponyville, leaving only 1 space empty. I did it by creating a path and between them is right hedge. If you look at my Ponyville/Canterlot, you would see a lot of hedges.

You guys have to do what comes first because Unlocking the Elements of Harmony has to come first before dealing with parasprites (ponyville), changelings (canterlot), and vampire fruit bats (sweet apple acres) so you don't have to go through getting the shards to unlock the elements of harmony than dealing with these pests.

Seems your original plan went backfired. As I was opening a part of SAA, I quickly filled it with what I can. In this case, roads. So there was a patch full of roads only (lacking money and gems withheld the growth of SAA)

You shouldn't be filling up ponyville and sweet apple acres with a lot of decors because obviously if you need gems from parasprites and wheels from vampire fruit bats, then you shouldn't be loading those 2 areas with a lot of decors. That's the reason why I needed those pests to get the gems and wheels also there are quests that involves defeating those pests as well.

Haha yep. I need the gems, but it keeps giving me pests that I don't have the proper shards to eliminate them with! I've already unlocked all the Harmony Stones, and only have three shadow patches left in Ponyville. It just needs to give me pests I can deal with and I wouldn't mind having them around! (I'd rather have pests than rocks/trees since you can get bits and gems from them instead of having to spend them. But I want the right pests! haha)

No, I had 999 Laughter shards a few days ago and whenever I collected more in the minecart or from completing jobs the number stayed the same.

Spending elements on the stones nets you some hefty amount of bits, which is good. Just spend some (like 50) and keep the rest. repeat and profit!

yeah, but if you spent most of the shards to elements of harmony, not only bits you will get also sometimes gems. Never spend all of the elements of harmony shards to the elements of harmony if the pests are gonna be your main problem. Always leave a spare or don't spend the elements of harmony shards to elements of harmony.

Are you sure?? I've spent a lot of shards to the harmony stones and I've never got one.
