Custom NASCAR cars based off the ponies.

In the spirit of combining two of my burning passions, My Little Pony and NASCAR, which have very little connection unforutnately, I've decided to make custom cars in a NASCAR game that are based off the ponies' color schemes.

 

When making these, I used accurate vectored color guides to assist me, and I thought of all the possible elements that could be put in perspective when choosing the colors, such as coat color, mane colors, eye colors, cutie mark colors, etc. to convey the most variety. I hope you all like them.

 

Pictures were taken with an iPad (second generation) camera, so the quality and colors are kind of off.

Looks pretty good. Honestly, I'd have to pick the Rainbow Dash car because I love when all of those colors are put together.

 

On somewhat of a side note, the Dashie car sort of reminds me of the paint scheme I've used in old NASCAR games (blue, yellow, and red but with the base you used for Applejack).

In my opinion, I like the Pinkie Pie one. Pink is not my favorite color, but the colors come together so nicely. Pink and light blue go together great!

And my favorite one is the Applejack one I like it's design.

Would have to say that out of the 6, the Twilight car is my favorite. Also doesn't help purple is my favorite coloer either.

 

Would say the Rarity one is a close secound.

I branched out from just the mane 6, and made cars of Princess Celestia, Luna, and Cadance, Night Mare Moon, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo.

I have to say that Luna's is my personal favorite. Rarity's comes in close second. You did a really good job on these! Most of the combinations clearly show which pony they are based off of.

Here's my newest batch; background ponies. In order these are based off of, there are Lyra, Bon-Bon, Vinyl Scratch, Octavia, Derpy Hooves, and Dr. Hooves.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, as a bonus, I combined Lyra and Bon-Bon's color schemes, which I think turned out pretty nice.

Very cool dude, way to think outside the box and find a way to combine two of your passions! Now if only I could figure out a way to combine MLP with Halo. Then my life would be complete!!!
