But I know how you feel about not knowing any other bronies. There aren't many bronies who live near me either. Most of them  are farther north in the state, and the only time I see any of them is when the DC Bronies meetup group gets together for something. That usually means a spell of about a month or two between visits. Until I joined up with them in the latter half of last year, I was alone too.

Well I know how you feel about feeling like the only brony in your area. Because to be honest I feel that way to. I mean it may be true for my school, but I can imagine I'm the only one in my area.

 

As for rock. Well I listen to rock mainly to, Although I don't listen to much emo, the only band you could consider emo I listen to is Three days grace(Alot of people don't consider it an emo band so I guess it depends on what you wanna call it )

 

Other rock bands I typically listen to involve Skillet, Breaking benjamin, Red, Thousand foot Krutch, And then of course I listen to little bits of other songs from many other rock bands on stuff like IHeart radio and stuff. Those are just the ones I mainly listen to. Of course I've heard a few bits and pieces of songs from other rock artists, I guess those are just the ones I like the most .

 

Your certainly not alone, neither in music(Trust me I know alot more people who love rock music, both here and even where I live.) And in being a brony, heck I bet theres brony's around you somewhere's they're just probably closet brony's so you don't know.(You'd probably be surprised who ends up being a brony.)

Turns out, one of the most popular, sporty and all of those things that make a Jock, is a brony, I discovered it when I was printing pictures of Apple Bloom and putting them on our teachers windows ;P
