Yes that works. As long as you get it during or because of christmas it counts. Because some people mostly get money for christmas instead of actual stuff.

Well I got a few figurines of back ground ponies (I think) and Rarity with cards and another Rainbow Dash Plushie to make up for the one my mom's bf's dog chewed up. I asked my mom for a Wonderboltz jacket/hoodie but she said she couldn't find one.

Some of my presents were a Fluttershy T shirt, the first volume of MLP IDW comics, a toy set that included the Mane Six, Spike, The Royal Sisters, Cadence, and even Minty, and little plushie of Applejack, Rarity, and Twilight Sparkle. And since I already had Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Starlight Glimmer from that toyline, I have the Mane Seven as plushies.
