It really is a great national anthem and I am proud of it, but there are some songs that I think would suit better. If anyone is interested do a quick search on YouTube for 'We are Australian'

Here is my national anthem O Canada, most commonly heard at the start of hockey games

In the movie theater on the military base I live near, they play it before the movie and you're expected to stand up in the theater.

Sorry, as a french Canadian I felt entitled to post this version as well. And yeah, the lyrics were originally composed in french and were later translated to English. And there were three more verses too (which I believe have also been translated)

The American national anthem, The Star-Spangled Banner, is often truncated to the first of four stanzas only. Here is the whole thing with the lyrics following:
