I've never really paid attention. The personalities in the show are too exaggerated to even make an analysis. But I'd imagine it's possible.

Pinkie Pie- My Dad, may he rest in peace. He loved a good joke and even when times got tough never lost his sense of humor.

 

Rainbow Dash-My brother was very much into sports when he was a kid though he is slightly less brash and arrogant.

 

Twilight Sparkle and Applejack- here is a hint, you are reading his post right now. I am known for being extremely blunt, stubborn as well as fairly hard working. Like Twilight I am somewhat nerdy, fairly intelligent and inquisitive yet I don't have as many of her OCD like tendencies though I had some of those traits when I was a kid.

But back to the topic, I guess I've never really compared the characters to people I know. I'll be sure to come back to this thread when I create an analysis.

I think Pinkie Pie sometimes reminds me of this girl I know. Her name is Eleni and she is like, SOOOO HYPER! She goes to my school and shes super weird! She pretends to be a wolve. O.o And she is NON-STOP Talking! But I loooove pinkie way better than Eleni. -.- Just something about them both is the same but i cant picture what it is.

People tell me that i act like Rainbow Dash. But honestley, I think i act like Fluttershy (with people i dont know) Pinkie pie (With my bffs, i act CRAYYZZYY) And Rainbow Dash just usually anytime. Just chillin or being myself- im rd. Soooo yea. xD

I think we have all seen a Rainbow Dash personality before. I had a friend that was severely competitive and he knew he was the best. Another one of my friends loves to read books and has a lot of smarts(twilight). As for me, I am Roid Rage .

no, it's the crimson ghost. His face is mostly known as the logo for the misfits, but really he comes from an old political thriller that inspired the band. i just thought of taking pinkie pie's smile and putting the skeletal eyes and smile on her... it's almost uncanny how similar they look... hmmm?

Yeah, my friend back in highschool was very hyper and had a bubbly personality like Pinkie. Seriously, she just couldn't stand still.

 

Another highschool friend -- my best friend of highschool in fact -- was similar to Trixie oddly enough. So full of himself, so boastful; I don't know how we got along for those 4 years...

Pinkie Pie - a former roommate and a close friend (who is a bridesmaid in my wedding). She loves pink, parties, has ADHD, is the most extraverted person ever, is random, laughs a LOT, etc. Both Pinkie Pie and my friend are ENFPs. Pinkie Pie relies on her intuition (pinkie sense) to solve problems and figure things out rather than rely on past experiences (like Twilight).

 

Fluttershy - me, sort of. I am not that shy, but sometimes I find that I am not that assertive and that I let other people be bossy around me and I just take it. It's not always a bad thing, but when it is, instead of confronting them, I fume for a while and let it go. And if I do get angry enough to let it all out, it looks like Flutterrage, only with copious amounts of swearing. But that is extremely rare.

 

Twilight - also me. I like books and gathering information. I am respectful to authority, and I am willing to learn. Even though I am not in school anymore, I do believe that you learn something new every day, and I like to take that to heart to the best of my ability.

 

Those are the main ones. Pinkie Pie is the most prevalent, though.

Not somebody in real life, but Fluttershy does remind me of Gohan. Both are kind, timid, animal-loving characters when they're calm, but you do not want to piss them off.

Well I haven't really payed much attention to it, but I could really see a bit of myself in all of the mane 6 to some degree. As for others its  a bit harder, i'll try and name some I guess.

 

Well first of all I think I resemble Fluttershy alot. Just throwing that out there, its also one of the reasons I like her so much.

 

My brother is a bit of a Pinkie Pie. Except hes not always super ready to go and make friends all the time, but once hes made friends he is basically a Pinkie pie, hes always doing random.. Weird stuff and messing around. Laughing like a crazy ape .

 

I can't specifically point out any others, I'm sure I could find plenty of others who are examples for the other mane 6 I know, but theres no point seeing as their names would have no meaning to y'all .

 

I do think that most of us can find atleast a little bit of each of the mane 6 in each of us. To some extent or another though.

Fluttershy: Definitely me when I start floundering horribly in the middle of a presentation or debate when I break "character" if you will.

 

Twilight Sparkle: An old friend of mine from grade 7 who loved to talk non-stop about quantum physics and fascinating stuff that was way above his grade level. I talked to him quite a bit and I attribute a lot of my nerdyness to him.

 

Sombra: I will just say "an ex-colleague" and leave at that.
