Necromancers in Ponyville

So, Harmonic had just been mostly noted as a treasure hunter, an explorer, and a scholar. But what ponies didn't know was that he has a necromancer's lair in his home. A recent string of disappearances of ponies leaves guards stumped as they wonder who could be capturing these ponies. What kind of mysterious lair lies hidden away beneath Ponyville? Who built it? Will the armies of the undead take over Equestria?

 

 

Will you join Harmonic and make yourself an army of the undead or will you help the guards to stop him and his necromancers once and for all? 

 

Rules:

-No Mary Sues/Gary Stues

-No Godmodding (Unless otherwise specified)

-Don't go into too much detail, this is slightly dark for a RP but I don't want things too graphic. You can use slight detail but don't make it Grotesque.

 

Example:

"The rusty scalpel cut into the flesh, freezing a look of horror into the pony on the receiving end of the blade." is okay.

"The rusty scalpel poked into the flesh, splattering sanguine blood all over the walls and exposing the organs of the pony with their face frozen in horror. The insides of the pony were scrambled by the tools as they...(You get the idea)"

 

So, you can sign up your character, you will be a pony who either lives in or moves to Ponyville. The local papers are talking about a string of disappearances, and the guards have no idea what is happening. You can either choose to become a Necromancer or to try to take down the Necromancers for good.

First two to apply for Necromancer get to start in the lair, anyone else will have to RP and find out about the lair and join on their own.

Alright, I'm in this one. I do enjoy myself a good necromancer story. Been of a fan of them since I was a kid, and this one sounds like a doozy. Let me gather up a character and I shall get back to you.

EDIT: Alright, I'll be roleplaying with my character Shadowheart. I'd prefer to be on the side of the necromancers.

Accepted, you should help the guards, to make it more evened out considering I already have one necromancer.

I didn't planed on preparing an OC for RP before a while, but this realy makes me want to start right now.

Do we still have some time ( I kinda have everything to do, write a short version of the backstory, illustrate, ect).

I didn't planed on preparing an OC for RP before a while, but this realy makes me want to start right now.

Do we still have some time ( I kinda have everything to do, write a short version of the backstory, illustrate, ect).

Yeah, and even after it starts the RP will remain open so you can still join even after it starts.

 

Aha! I think its time for Arcane to get a bit on his dark side. If you don't mind, i would like to be a necromancer as him. (Check my Sig)

Accepted. You'll have to discover the lair on your own though, as opposed to starting in it. You can still of course be a necromancer.

(Just makes it more fair for the non-necromancers if we don't start with like a dozen Necromancers already in the lair)

This actually looks very interesting. I've never participated in an RP quite like this one. If you'll give me some time to get one of my OC's ready, I'd like to join.

By his description I think he should help the guards. Considering he holds value for life, something Necromancers do not.

Sory to force you to read all the backstory crap but I simply couldn't turn Voyage into a pony without giving him a part of the story he had as a human.

 

Put him in the side you want but to me he should be helping the guard, or more fighting againts necromancers, since he cah reveal himself to Celestia's army, but cant close his eyes when murders happens near from him.

Voyage can help the guards. I like him, really! He has  a great backstory! You can start anytime you're ready.

It turns out my OC Olive Branch is ponyvilles funeral director. As such he would have a very strong vested interest in making sure the dead stay where they're meant to stay. Would also make him a target for any necromancers looking for bodies.
