could somepony make my OC using pony crateor or some other digital program

hi every pony i am asking if please could some pony make me my OC (Chattydash) using a pony creator or digital program i would do it myself but my school fillters those sites and i can not downlode programs sorry but that is why i am asking i would like to use it in a gif signature so that is why i do not what the sig just the pony please and can you please if you got time make my other OC (Toxic Glare) too thanks chatty dash who is thankfull for all the comments made and posts made

also i would like to say i need a vector sorry for the mix up but a vector is what i need i know what the topic says but i did menchen other didgite programs so could somepony mke me a vector please

i would like seprate ones but if you can together is well if together cudleing and just standing on there own chatty with his wings wide out upwourds and toxic wiht her horn glowing or something do what you think looks good

can you make them please with out the derpy like eyes they look stupid not the pictures the ponys them selfs but made me chuckle keeping them they are good but lood like they need help if you know what i mean plus i can not down load tham sorry but i will save them

A bit better, but I have a poor sence of symetry, so  that's the best I an do.

You can try to download those vectors and edit by yourself. Just hit the download button on the right side and, if window won't pop up, hit ctrl+s.
