you're not the only one... It both fascinates me and scare- well TBH i am not scared anymore... the only thing that I am scared at is myself.. I might accidentally make one and I am afraid I might end up accidentally killing one... which is very hard to experience... since tulpa is like your very best friend,

IT's a Looong process sometimes it will take years.... It's like making a character from ''sims'' though you have to focus and think of it's voice, looks, personality and form (what creature/object it is).You have to pour parts of your energy to make it alive. Also You have to communicate with your tulpa daily in order for her to develop. Your energy is her lifeline, without your notice she will become weaker and weaker until she disappears. It's like having a child of your own... Really. Like when you see her become sentient (where she has a mind of her own) that's where you succeeded  , It is a dedication,

 

And there's accidental tulpa... where you accidentally make a tulpa out of well... accident Like pony hypnosis... It almost happened to me TBH XP

 

Also there's a site called Tulpa.info where you will learn everything about tulpaforcing, the term to use for making a tulpa

Well in my opinion they are both separate things, Though... I learned from experience that Pony hypnosis can be a good tulpa making guide, it will state there the pony's personality, strengths, weaknesses etc... Well you have to alter how you think while doing a session. Like Rather than thinking yourself you're Pinkie pie, You'll focus more on thinking about Pinkie pie.  

 

I swear to god I accidentally think about twilight rather than thinking that I am twilight and after 2-3 weeks it kinda made my mind think about twilight sparkle almost all the time and there was a point where I kinda heard her voice
