The Hidden Message. (Title most likely going to change)

Chapter one

Now, all bronies like myself know the greatness of My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic, and all cartoon watchers, like myself, know that there are secret messages in almost all cartoons. The one I've found was the worst.

 

Every brony has awaited Discord's return after the season two premiere. It finally came on January 19, 2013, and we've waited two weeks after Spike at Your Service, the previous episode. The episode started at 10:30, as usual. Before it came on, I grabbed a soda. Ok, I got a six-pack. I turned on the TV to the Hub, and prepared for what I've been waiting for for almost a year!

 

I've watched through the episode with no problem. That is, until Discord first showed up. For a split second, for like one to five frames, I saw something red. I was really confused to what it was, so I decided to download it when I could. The episode had no other odd things like that happen, and was a good episode, totally worth waiting for a year, let alone two weeks! Afterward, I went to my computer for a download link to the episode. Of course, it was there, after a mere five minutes the episode aired. I downloaded it and opened it up on a video editing software. What I found was more confusing. Nothing. Nothing red showed up. Not in the first, second, third, forth, heck, any frame in the episode! I recorded it on my TV, so I looked there. Luckily, the red object was there. I managed to copy the data onto my flash drive, and opened the file on the editing software, and it was a secret message, no, a spell. I have the tendency to read out loud, and that was my flaw.

 

It said," For thee who has no horn or hooves, I give you this simple spell." I changed the frame, " Don't worry, this one won't send you straight to hell." I changed it again, "If you say the following, you will surely jump for joy:" The next frame showed the spell, which looked like a dead language, maybe Latin, and rhymed with the latter sentence. After saying the spell, I grew slightly nauseous, which grew worse and worse throughout the day. I went to bed at 7:00, being extremely nauseous. I had no Idea what was going to happen next.

 

Chapter 2

I awoke in a familiar forest. My nausea was gone, which was good, but I had to find out where I was. I managed to get out of the dark forest and into the fields. I saw an extremely familiar town. As soon I thought of it as a dream, I was knocked out cold.

 

As I woke up, I saw the sky blue pony hovering over me.

 

"Hia!" Lyra said cheerfully," I've been looking all over Equestria for you, and I know all about you!" She began listing the things she had studied about humans. It sorta creeped me out, yet calm, until she said, "but, in  order to fully study your organs, I need to undergo surgery, and to do that, I need you to die!" When I saw the knife behind her back, I ran into ponyville. I heard Lyra shout a curse and say "Bonbon, give me the tranquilizer gun and fill it with neurotoxin!" That motivated me to run out of town.

 

Once outside, I thought of any possible ponies that could've added that spell to the episode. I thought of three: Zecorah, Celestia, and Twilight. I ran into the Everfree Forest in search of Zecorah.

 

"Found you!" Lyra maniacally shouted as she aimed her gun at me. I sprinted through the woods, as the needles filled with tranquilizer hit the trees. I eventually came across a hut, obviously Zecora's. Panting and out of breath, Lyra caught up and aimed her gun.

 

Suddenly, Zecorah came in front of me, guarding me, "Lyra, have you gone mad? Killing a human in Equestria would be really bad!"

 

I could see the hate and torture in Lyra's eyes as she walked off. I almost felt sorry for her.

 

I was going to to introduce myself and thank her, but she interrupted," No need for names, for I know you read those frames." The look on her face told me that there was something wrong and needed to be fixed.

 

"Come with me," she said, without rhyming. I guess when it comes to the fate of Equestria, her rhyming switch is turned off, because where I landed was now a black crack.

 

"This crack appeared when you came." she said,"If you stay, it will grow, swallowing Equestria with it, but if you leave, it will disappear. I was fooling for adding that spell." after a long, awkward silence, she said while waking off,"The spell to revert you to your world is beyond my knowledge. Visit a unicorn that has more, like Twilight." I then followed her advice and went to Twilight.

 

"Oh, my!" Twilight  said at my sight," Spike, give me the human elimination spell!"

 

"Why?" he said, walking down the stairs," isn't that only for emergen- BWAAAAH!"

 

He then raced up the stairs to get the spell. I looked over at Owlicious, who was spinning her head in alarm. Spike came down with a scroll and the Elements of Harmony. They both raced out of the library to look for the others. In a matter of minutes, I was outside, surrounded by them.

 

"I'm sorry for not meeting you in person, but, you know, the fate of Equestria, and all that." Twilight said before she stared the spell. Before I left, something slammed onto my back, and she left our world in jeopardy.

 

Chapter three

 

I awoke back in my bed, and I looked up to find Lyra on top of me.

 

"Nopony can stop me now!" she said with a maniacal smile on her face as she lifted the tranquilizer gun. By reflex, I punched her snout and ran for the computer, which was downstairs. She recovered from the blow very and ran towards me.

 

"Hold still!" she yelled as I ran downstairs.

 

When I was at the computer, I heard a couple of clicks, her yelling, "DANG IT!", then clopping down the stairs.

 

As she galloped towards me, I yelled the spell. I could tell that she immediately became nauseous when she tripped and fell. This was my chance. I grabbed the metal pipe next to me (For emergencies) and hit her on the head to knock her out. Of course, the spell affected me too. I checked the time, 7:03 PM. The spell activated faster, because I fell unconscious after I checked the time.

 

When I awoke, It was nighttime in Ponyville, and Lyra was next to me, still knocked out. I took her home when I had an Idea. My dad died a month ago, and I couldn't afford a burial, so he's just there, everything still intact. I could give him to her for analyzation. I lay her in her bed and went to the spot I landed in, where a slip of paper was. It said:

 

"I know you will come back. you really wanted to meet me, as did I, but you can't stay here forever. I learned that the spell that took you here also takes you back. If you ever come back, don't stay too long!

 

-Twilight sparkle"

 

I thought of the possibilities that I could do in Equestria! There were just so many! I looked on the back of the paper:

 

"P.S.: don't tell anypony anybody else about this spell."

 

I did just that.

 

Epilogue

 

The next day, I gate my dad's corpse to Lyra, and I explained the organs and their functions. Afterward, we sat down to chat about our culture and what was going on. After that, I met Twilight and all the other characters. I even saw spike mess up his pet-sitting when the gang went back to the Chrystal Kingdom! Everything was nice in Equestria, and I wouldn't want it any other way.

 

The End.

Oh crap dude. You scared the buck outta me! I thought this was real at first, and then I looked down and saw "Chapter 2" and I released it was just a story. Lol.

 

Good idea for a story though, keep writing!

I'm kind of wondering what kind of genre this ends up in. On one hand your story has a sense of horror and that something scary is happening, but on the other hand rainbow vomit and that things could get silly. 

 

The one thing that bugs me a little is your formatting. I feel that the big paragraph you have there could be separated into three paragraphs or so.
