She only gets mad in defense of others or when she feels it is the right thing to do, never just to be plainly malicious... She is nurturing and would make any child feel welcome... She would be so soft and warm, making her perfect for cuddling... *Sighs* I'm an idiot, I know... I know it is stupid, because this is all stuff that could never happen... Never be true... Never... Never be around... But that doesn't make my heart ache any less... Doesn't make my arms want to grab her and hold her close any less... Doesn't make me stop crying while wishing to wipe her tears away... It doesn't even make the jealousy of the shipping between practically any pony and her any less firey... So, my computer is named Fluttershy...I tried wirelessly syncing my iPhone to iTunes on my PC earlier.

She is so genuinely kind which is so rare and what should really matter at the end of the day. But she still has to face adversity because of this along with her shy nature.  As a guy, I tend to be very introverted, but I try my best to treat people with kindness. I often get the same "you have to be more assertive" kind of thing as well, because niceness is not always rewarded in society. Fluttershy shares this struggle like many of us do.

She is so genuinely kind which is so rare and what should really matter at the end of the day. But she still has to face adversity because of this along with her shy nature.  As a guy, I tend to be very introverted, but I try my best to treat people with kindness. I often get the same "you have to be more assertive" kind of thing as well, because niceness is not always rewarded in society. Fluttershy shares this struggle like many of us do.

 

Yeah man, I feel the same way, that's why a lot of us like her so much. I always feel like if I'm nice to someone, they will be nice to me, but that's not always the case. I find it hard to stick up for myself.

Honestly bro I can relate to this. The sad thing about it is a little bit on my niceness dies everyday because of how lonely, alienated and taken advantage of over the years. Heck i realized that the only person that cares about me is my mom. No other people in my family or friends truly care about me. And she's the only thing that is keeping me from killing myself or becoming completely heartless. It get to point were I'm more like Rainbow dash now, but at times I feel like flutters again and depression cycle happens all over again.
