Unusual pets

Have you ever had any unusual pets?

I have had two tarantulas, Kim and Frank. They died a while back.

I also used to own a Red Tail Boa who I used to let sleep curled around my neck named George, this isn't a pic of him but it's a pic of a Red Tail Boa for a reference point:

Everyone told me I was crazy for letting George sleep around my neck, but I let him do it for two whole years and here I am today, fine.

My cousin had found atarantula one day, and he decided to keep it, i remember when me, my counsin and my brother tried to gie a giant cricket to it, but it was so big that the spider couldn't eat it, lol, but then he lost the spider, it may still be in his house, we will never know...

I don't have an unusual pet, but I couldn't help but comment, don't hit me :P That snake actually looks kinda cute in a way, I'd like to own one but if I did it would have to be big like that. I think it's pretty cool how it slept wrapped around you, but the spiders.... *shivers* The spiders... I've got arachnophobia, bad XD I freak out over little ones and everyone laughs :P Well I can't wait to see some more posts here. Gonna be interesting.

I keep a rhino in my garage. His name is Sprinkles and I feed him toaster strudels and fruit smoothies. He's also my blood nephew.

Dude. I thought you were serious at first, then I read the nephew thing and i'm like -_-. I don't think keeping a rhino in your garage is legal anyways XD

Well.. I don't have an unusual pet. I own a cat now, but I use to have 2 hermit crabs. One was named Mr. Krabs, and I got a second one that I named Pearl. BUT! Pearl was sick.. she got Mr. Krabs sick.. and then they both died...

I once had a wooden plank as ''pet'', best pet ever. You don't need to feed it, take it to the vet and care for. Put it in a sterile environment and it will have a lifespan of hundreds of years xD

Let me guess, your name is "Johnny" and the plank's name was "Plank", right?

In all seriousness, that's too perfect to miss up.

As for me...do doves and pigeons count as unusual pets? I had some when I was really young, but they ran, I mean, flew away.

I mean, I had a two hermit crabs when I was like five. Somehow I snuck them to the park and rolled them down a slide. And then they died. Who knows why. >.>  <.<

...I was such a cruel child.

Not necessarily a super strange pet, but we did have a parrot once upon a time. Like usual the parrot loved my dad's company the best, usually saying " I love you" to him and only him.

How did it die now? right I remember, it ate too much one day. Poor thing...

An unusual pet I had was when I was a kid, had a turtle or tortise (forget if it was one or the other.) Unusual part is the sucker was huge! Like the size of a small dog or something.

Funny thing is that I lost it because it ran off. Who can believe that huh? :)

I've successfully genetically grown my own Pinkie Pie! I decided to skip her childhood because shes boring then. She can teleport to anywhere she wants, manipulate physics, Seems to have hammer space because she can pull objects much larger than her out from behind her and her existence alone is an act against the laws of science. oh, and she a great pastry chef, I guess that should be mentioned to.

Hmm I don't have an unusual pet now, but several years ago my parents got a ferret. Cute little energetic thing. He constantly hid in the corner away from everything but came around me every once and awhile to say hello.

Yeah I was going to say I have rats, but I wouldn't really call them strange, but then others would. I did until recently have 7 but two died over the last two weeks :(

Does a hedgehog count as an unusual pet? I got mine about a year ago, I named him Loyd. He likes pooping on my bed, biting my PS3 controller, and biting me when my hands smell like food. I take him out of his cage and play video games with him on my lap, with me on my bed, or somewhere on whatever chair I'm using. I hate when people try naming hedgehogs Sonic, it's just plain annoying.

I used to have a blue-tongue skink. I had to get rid of him because I moved.

Now, my boyfriend and I have a corn snake, a Nile monitor (and we're getting rid of it once it hits a length of 50cm,) a Russian tortoise and a leopard gecko.

I have two tigresses.

One of them follows me all the time. She's still with me, but others doesn't seem to see her, because they don't have their tigers anymore.

(cookie for anyone who gets it)

Hint:

The other one can be seen by the people who don't have their tigers.

I haven't had anything like spiders or snakes but I did used to have a tank full of these tiny aquatic frogs. They would stay underwater for a few hours and then jump up to the surface for air and come back down again. And I also had a baby turtle who I had to give away because he grew a bit too big for his tank but he is living in a nice big pond now.
