How did Fire Jade get his fireball cutie mark?

Well when he was a filly he was curious to use his magic on fire and suddenly it worked. Well he kinda used his magic to stop a burning building from hurting any innocent ponies in the building. He uses fire to light up dark places,use it for him to get stronger,and of course has the ability to suddenly talk to it!
