This repetitive and medieval song is Called in English, "John Little dances" or "Joan Petit que dança" in occitan and catalan.

It's a Catalan and Occitan song that teachers use to teach the parts of the body names to the children.

But the context of this song we usually don't know until we grow up: It's a Torture song. 

Joan Petit or John Little was a Peasant Revolt Leader that was captured by the French and then tortured being tied on a spinning wheel in front of the king of France.
