If Wubs decides to actually hold to his "promise" (He never really said "promise", but he said he would probably make an AJ banner) and make an AJ banner, please use his.

When we receive the banner, we will have a look at it. It has to have an appealing design, specify matching button colors, and the right dimensions and quality. If it meets those standards, then there is a good chance that we will use it. We will judge it at that time, just like we do with the other banners that we receive.

 

Frankly, I think that this is perfectly fair. Furthermore, I would like to challenge you to find another MLP-related forum that works as hard as we do to even feature user made content in the site theme. Do you know why most of them don't? Because it isn't worth the aggression and hostility that sometimes arises from those that feel their favorite character has been "scorned".

 

If you want something featured, attempting to bully the administration to get it will not work. Why not contribute your own banner to help us out? We have plenty of forum members that would be more than happy to give you tips. Why are being hostile instead of being constructive? Do you think that this is what AJ would approve of? Hostility instead of hard work?

Swoop handled banners before he stepped down (he didn't leave, he still lurks). Now, that Swoop is a normal user, the additional workload of the the banners is handled primarily by Feld0 with me filling in as backup. Unfortunately, banner swapping requires some tech chops, so without Swoop, we're it. Unfortunately, both of us are swamped and have questionable abilities in artistry. We do our absolute best to cycle banners appropriately, but the artist needs to help us out if at all possible.
