Aren't circadian rhythms based off of a 26-hour period as opposed to a 24-hour period? They are, which is no wonder why my sleep cycle is slipping again.

Well I don't need to bitch about the weather anymore, I'm stuck inside.  I was crawling into bed and threw my back out pretty badly.  Took me a good 5 minutes to fall to the floor, another 10 minutes to crawl to the other side of the room to turn off the lights, 10 minutes to flip from my right side to my left.

Hard drives must really hate me, lol. the one in our 8 year old PVR is done, one of my backup external drives is done and my 2ndary internal HDD in my PC is done.....and my working external one, I have no where of putting my stuff on it to reformat it to FAT32 for it to work on my Xbox....soI had to "Shrink" the drive in Windows and add a partition on to it and format the partition as "exFat" which I'm hoping my xbox will read.

I now I got an empty 3.5'' Ext. HDD case and no drive to put in it....
