No place is safe. I don't have a great skill in assuming what culture someone is. I'm quite terrible at guessing that. Especially Asian. Just not good at deciphering between people and their culture. : V

For language, korean is always the easiest (at least for me) to tell from the other two major symbol-scripts in Asia (히 (Ko) compared to 私 (Ja)). At least Korea has a set script with their language and not a set script along with a fuckton of other symbols/characters for different words and meanings...

Lol, I'm not going to learn Korean man. I'm already focused on another language atm.

I wish I knew a second language. The second language I should've learned was Tagalog, but I've taken a whack at Spanish, Russian, Arabic, and Korean, though the last two was just their alphabets.

I really shouldn't call the Arabic alphabet an alphabet, it's an abjad, a writing system where the primary symbols are consonants. That's right, the Arabic writing system is almost all consonants. By the way, Hangul is the Korean alphabet, which has separate symbols for vowels and consonants, making it a true alphabet.

Though at the least, I know the Cyrillic alphabet, so you can't fool me with Russian.

What language you tackling?

If you're referring to the fact that the Korean writing system only consists of 24 letters, FREAKIN' YES!!!

Yup...tried to start to learn Japanese a while back...

Still have most of the hiragana remembered (don't remember much from katakana) but when it came to the Kanji I was like:

applebloom___table_flip_by_cptofthefrien

Why can't they just keep it simple and just use their alphabet instead of using BOTH THEIR alphabet and the Chinese's characters >.>

I'm here! But I'm most likely going to be leaving almost immediately to fight for the Terran Republic. I got a temporary membership in Angles of Death, and now I'm inspired to paint a pegasus skelton with this cutie mark.

There's so many languages to learn. You should choose one for yourself Ganaram! I'm sure you'd like to learn a new language. Anyone would really. It would be better if you had another person to talk in that language.

Japanese. I've just started though. I like Japanese culture, and I want to learn more about their history once I get the language down.

I heard Hungarian is really hard.

I could tell from their Korean alphabet, to me it looks like more circles in their alphabet.

Yeah. Kanji's a biiiitch.

More circles :P?

There are only three* symbols that have/are circles ㅇ ㅎ ㅁ*(I know it's a square but still...) guess you were just subjected to a piece of text that solely had these characters in the phrases :P

Not one of their consonants has a circle, most of them are just upward sticks.

You mean most Asian alphabets that use stick people?

Same here, but I also felt that it's also really box-y, too. There are a lot of straight lines in Korean, that is, if you're not using the fancy Korean fonts...

Besides, Tagalog really needs to be my second language. My folks speak it, but I was never taught it...

I also took a whack with Dutch. It is REALLY weird...

Backwards 7, letter L, blocky letter C, blocky number 2, square, bookshelf, backwards lambda (Yes, I know Greek, but blame Calculus), circle, backwards lambda with a hat, backwards lambda with two hats, backwards F, capital E, weird storage box, circle with a hat, eyewash station, sideways table, left-handed eyewash station, left-handed sideways table, broken eyewash station, upside-down table, elongated T, pi, underscore, and vertical bar.

I had to.

I feel the same way since my origins are French, but my French is rubbish. I plan to touch it up after I conquer Japanese. I will not fail.

Good luck to you Ganaram if you decide to pick up Tagalog.

At least I can guess (something I'm actually quite good at) how to pronounce those words.

Took a look at Icelandic for a song that I like to sing (already know it in Norwegian/Swedish/Chinese/Japanese/English) and I gave up when I saw the words :|

Those Rainbow Dash vectors are really good, for me being one that vectors, that's actually the more decent quality then I see mostly.

I know I can vector that good or better then what you posted. xD But I mainly vector for myself, not for others or to be known or anything.

I'm a COLT/STALLION, not a filly/mare. Just because I have a round muzzle does not mean I'm female. Remember that. =3

Wasn't I supposed to be drawing Cinny right before I got held up by DPRK, diapers, malfunctioning leaf blowers, thorns, Britain, asteroids, Arabic, and Tagalog?

Yes, there are people here with nicknames that end with Y or IE. Cinnamon now gets one.

Gannie/Ganny - Ganaram [My character/nickname]

Gemmy/Gemmie - Gem [My character]

Novy/Novie - Nova [My character]

Bolty - Electrobolt

Vissy - Viscra [Viscra's character/nickname]

Synthy - Synth [Haven's character]

Cinny - Cinnamon

Fox said we needed moar people posting here.

So that's why I came.

Should I be glad or scared?
