I have a digital camera, it might be 9 Megapixels, (matches my phone. xD) And it's also a bit old, but it works.

 

I wouldn't mind having one of those cool zoom cameras, like my dad has, the super expensive ones. One of those would be good for me. Especially for the pictures I would want to take.

I got to try out an Acer Iconia W3 at my local Staples today (there's one down in South Attleboro and about 957 other cities in Massachusetts.) Don't buy it.

 

Unless, of course, you like the feel of bleeding eyes, because that's what the horrible screen will do if you stare at it for so long.

 

 

If the screen looks grainy in that photo, that's because it IS - it's as cheap and TN as you can get! The tablet itself feels cheap too, with horrible plastics and a horribly grainy, unresponsive touchscreen. Oh, and by default, the desktop scaling is set to 125%, giving you the same working room as 1024x640 - Metro apps will still run, but Windows on the desktop will complain that your resolution is below 1280x960, even though it's 1280x800. It's possible to use the desktop with 100% scaling in theory, but the screen is so grainy it's easier said than done.

 

Verdict: don't buy, wait until better 8" Windows tablets come out if you fancy a small-screen'd Windows device. Maybe one with an IPS display, because TN SHOULD NEVER BE USED ON A TABLET.
