The desert is dry as hell, literally. It also poses a danger to my electronics because of a weird thing called static electricity.

Seriously, though, I just saw someone else offsite willing to trade places with Michigan. Why does everyone wanna trade places with someone else because of how far north (or un-north) they live?

At least in the cold, there's something you can do or wear to keep warm. You could have no clothes in this weather over here and still suffer. Funniest thing is that people here swear they're frezzing when it's only 60-something degrees.

We're talking celsius, right? The lowest temperature I ever experienced was 18 degrees Fahrenheit, and yes, we're talking about the same desert I'm living in. Given how drunk the weather is, it could get as low as 50 degrees again.

 

Yeah, I live on the middle of both extremes, not one, so I can never feel anything more extreme than what I'm getting already unless I move to both Arabia and Antarctica simultaneously.
