Meh I liked Gen #1 punishing difficulty and sense of menace. Are the villains still a bunch of lamers like they where in X/Y?

Even your supposed rival trainers where nice to you in that game.

I found gen 3 the most punishing as far as I can remember.

Its good old Team Aqua/Magma and Aqua is much more bad ass in this one.

 

The rivals stopped being jerkwads in gen 3, so no.

I have not been using the exp share i think its a bit overpowered or well makes things too easy. I am doing a nuzlocke for this first run and so far things have gone by well. I've gotten past the 3rd gym and I always play my game on set. But this game I am loving it so far.

I stopped with exp share for now, but holy balls does it make the game hard as a motherfucker. Its just like back in the old days.

I found gen 3 the most punishing as far as I can remember.

Didn't a lot of people dislike Gen 3? Might be misremembering something, but it was definitely my favorite generation for exploration.

 

Still can't remember which starter I prefered.......

No, gen3 was around the time that a lot of pokemon fans were growing up and trying the "I'm too old to play video games" portion of their lives. I, for one, love gen3. My fave pokes came out then.

Ok?  Although funny thing is that in the private modpack me and my friends are using, you can craft rocks, which you can throw and they break glass.

 

Well, the one special thing about the rock I have is... It fell from the sky.

I also have more wood than I know what to do with at once, but it's nowhere near the 20K wood I had back in my 1.6.4 world. I need to take more in-game pictures; all I got right now, other than the auric swimming pool, is a picture of my MC bed, my MFR treefarm, and a toilet I made out of microparts.
