Why don't forum posts work like voices in real life? Realistically, that should have been so quiet that none of you could've heard it, but here in forum-land, voices seem to travel infinitely in all directions, so good luck whispering something to someone else!

Depends on how you want it to be interpreted, and how it ends up being interpreted. Emoticons are one way =/ . Font size, typeface, colouration, explicitly specifying moods <boringly> are all other ways to pull this kind of stuff off. Thatandnotaddinganyspacestomakeitseemlikeyou'retalkingreallyfast. Or making double'r triple'r quadruple contractions, which is illegal in d'English language, but who's d'language police, for d'record?

And now Stormgiggle's brohoofed that post, so in order for it to follow the pattern, I must've been right about that! There's no way that post could be considered a claim that Stormgiggle's mine or a claim that I'm going to kill him/her, so the last remaining option is I got some fact right!
