Because it buffs your attack and confuses you, which, runs off of your attack stat. If you've a bunch of attack buffs, you would literally shit on yourself if you hit yourself.

 

The real problem with it is that its extremely rng based move. Everything is going off of rng at this point. There is no skill needed at all. Reading is gone. Just hope that you either hit or don't get hit depending on which side you're on.

It's also used in conjunction with Foul Play, which, runs off of the attack stat as well. The more buffs the enemy has, the more damage you do. Added with Swagger and it just makes for one hell of a bullshit battle. I've seen a Purloin 1v6 a bunch of legendaries using Swagger + Foul Play and winning. It's literally broken if you're lucky enough.

Oh my god, I used my powersave to give me all the clothing in X and let me tell you, the fucking inner girl in me exploded as I explored all the cute clothes that the female character gets. :wub:

 

Fuck, I wish I wasn't cursed with this manly body (or skin color, for that matter >.>) and could actually wear such things. ;~;

 

But, for now I shall continue to gawk at my Pokeavatar and squee at how adorable it is/I am.
