Or, you know, digitally would be okay too. Something like MSpaint, but more advanced.

The splat would be funny.

That's not all he did, though. I heard he threw somepony into a deep fryer while it was turned on, and launched his fellow officers through plate glass and into a vat of acid! :o  

Maybe not tonight.

Or the next night.

 

But definitely the night after that though.
