I keep running out of monitor space. Just getting two 1920×1080 monitors would be good but it means that I'd have two more monitors I don't even need and I'd have to put them into storage. (Plus, I'd have to play certain games in fullscreen and I prefer windowed instead.) The alternative is to keep the two monitor setup but get one big monitor to replace the smaller of the two, but that'd be lopsided for me.

 

Plus, as I said, I keep running out of monitor space. I figured 2560×1440 (which would give me 6 megapixels of viewing space; my current viewing space and resolution is 2×1366×768, 2 megapixels), but, heh heh, having a bit of trouble finding such a monitor.

The only port left is an HDMI port, so unless I (somehow) find an VGA/DVI to HDMI connector... Then there's the concern of whether or not my video card can keep up, and then my power supply (750 watts should be plenty to power one video card, two storage drives, and two optical drives, right?).

What's wrong with HDMI? It has both video and sound in high definition, and it's the sexiest interface cable!

 

That is a concern... You should check your video card over, see what it's rated.

 

Don't most monitors have to be plugged in anyway? It shouldn't cause any much additional strain on your power supply.
