How cool, weird, and bewildering would it be if <location name> decided to give up on all of this Daylight Savings nonsense and, instead of having to fall back or go forward one hour, it instead insisted being transposed at half an hour and left it at that forever?

I would be very happy if this happened, because although time's now half-an hour out, at least it'll never change again. We'd all adapt to this new time soon anyway. I don't like daylight savings. It just seems like a bunch of extra effort for no reason.

Oh god, yes, this is one of the most annoying things I have to deal with. As I understand it, they basically define 'conventional current' and 'electron current' which travel in completely opposite directions. And all sorts of electrical diagrams use conventional current, so you're always sort of treating electrons traveling in the opposite direction than what they really are, and it's just a nightmare to sort out sometimes.

I'm building one in Minecraft. It costs $26.95. Pretty low-cost, although it'll only have a kilobyte of storage and really bad RAM. :okiedokielokie:

This is the epitome of downloading more RAM.

 

Is it considered pitiful for my machine to never have any more than 500GB of storage? (I actually find it concerning.)

Man, I only have 256 GB, and I can't fill even a hundred, despite the amount of stuff I download. You should be fine. But the biggest hard drive I've ever seen was 16 TB (16,000,000,000,000 bytes).

I have close to a terabyte drive and I'm sitting with about 205 gigs left lmao.
