I'm just going to dump all of the chloroform into the body of water that they plan to use for rain water. In hurricane fluttershy it was just that one pond. When it rained all of the ponies would be knocked out, but I wouldn't because I would know it was coming. Then I would kill Celestia and rule the world.

 

I was actually closer than I thought. Huh.

 

Only problem I see is killing celestia. Is she actually outside enough to be affected? Like if she just stayed in on that particular day. And what about Luna? Even if she isn't capable of powerful magic like Tia I would think she could Atleast be able to defend a little.
