I'm always late to everything, even gaming... I'm gonna blame it to the fact that I was born five years late, but the only main games I've ever played since I ever got my first laptop was Zoo Tycoon 2, FATE, Runescape, Simcity 4, and Minecraft.

I can understand that I guess. But it still doesn't count as sidequest . But there really isn't something I didn't enjoy from the game, but this is me. Besides, it still holds the game mode I enjoyed the most. But what IS the FF you enjoyed the most Star? (don't know if yo call you Star, or Weaver...you choose. Easier to call you ).

It's just too... how do you say it, exploring too much, each ruin get explored up and down at least twice just for the secret bosses to open the roads and shit

Okay, you've played Dragon Quest. But I don't think of Pokemon as a JRPG because it involves certain themes and other things that make them different from Western RPGs like Borderlands and Elder Scrolls.

Because I never knew of it...

 

Well, I like them. You like RPGs, right? They are basically them same, except different in many regards, such as theme and characters. They usually stick to archetypes.

OK! Also, well I understand that, as it's not for everyone. Plus, not everyone wants to spend the time to kill a 40.000.000 HP secret boss . But at leasdt I myself liked it. Especially the fact you could move through battle. I LOVED that . And also, I know not everyone likes JRPGing but...you know...it IS weird he hasn't heard of some of those games, or even the term. It is at least to me.

One of the reasons people like IX for example id the difference in the main character, AKA Zidane. Since he is WAAAAAY more...uplifted, joking etc than others.

Well considering he had a undying hate for the planet he was born in...nah, I don't think so. The weird part about the game however, is that Kuja WASN'T the final boss...it was Necron...who here that played the game DIDN'T go all "WTF?!"
