I haven't really been around the forum much lately due to feeling a bit lethargic, tired, and unmotivated nearly around the clock the last couple weeks. x_x

 

I guess I can't blame the staffs from hating me for what kind of shit I got on my records ._.

Actually, things are starting to get pretty freaking advance on the backend. The good news about this is that things are going to start to get pretty amazing. The bad news about this is that the more amazing things become... The more difficult it is to find folks that can keep up with Feld0 and me. But, that's actually not as much of the problem as it sounds. If we had more folks, then that would actually make development time a little bit slower due to having more cooks in the kitchen.

 

It takes a bit of time for us to wrap things up, but there is a certain synergy in the team now that means that the time that we spend is actually remarkably efficient. This actually goes for all of the staff at the moment. Over the next few months, interesting things will be happening as a result of this.

 

The real good news is that once we finish something, it doesn't need to be redone. So, eventually, I will be back to having an excess of free time. Though the real time consumer right now is my job. My time management still hasn't quite adopted to actually having a normal desk job as compared to one where you can set your own hours.

I was kind of thinking that the Season 3 flood would kind of overflow you. Glad it didn't.

 

Oh man... I could tell you stories about that... Actually, Season 3 did kind of flood us. We weren't really expecting that kind of traffic in the Synchtube room. Having to hustle to fight spammers, do other random stuff, and crank up more Synchtube rooms was wonderfully hair-raising fun.

 

@Scootacool, Oh yeah, I've been meaning to ask Scoots. Will you go to any of the four ponycons that will be in Texas next year? Particularly the one in Houston?

 

I will be at the Houston one. I think. I'm actually fairly loud in person, but I'm also kinda shy when it comes to showing up for events. Will you be there? :3

Dude, I tip my hat to game modders everywhere. The level of skill and creativity that y'all exhibit is something that is often, quite frankly, freaking amazing! Actually, a very long time ago, I was a game modder myself. I would choose open source projects and then just start hacking away. It was such an amazing experience to be able to bend a world into a totally different experience...

 

Some of the most amazing games out there only became amazing thanks to the modders that made them great. You guys are artists.

I think most people on this forum would prefer to have a more quiet livestream where everyone knows everyone.

Having it public was a bad idea since it made the first room to get flooded and spamed. Made not only me but other skip the stream and watch it later.

 

Having it to be for the forum only will not only bring the forum together, it will also make it more enjoyable.

 

(Thats what i think at least)
