Between monitoring Lemartes, writing a reply for the mini with extreme slowness, working on my job, and trying to get someone to pay his debt, this card is made.

I know about Asteria's home, but what about Lapis? I'm not sure his family took him leaving suddenly like that very well.

He left two years ago. If anyone was mad, they wouldn't be as mad as they were.

 

Also, his parents had seen the signs that he wasn't destined to be a miner. They had noticed he was spending a lot more time at the library than home or the mines. And the day he got his cutie mark, it was only a matter of time before he wanted to leave. Truly, only his cousin Silver Ore was actually angry at the departure of Lapis Ore. Wait, how so? Only Silver Ore, his older cousin, and one of many relatives, is mad that he is gone. Lapis always got special treatment since he was a child of the main family, AKA who the last main guy chose to be his successor. You understand, right?

 

Anyway, Silver hated how Lapis was a day dreamer, always lacking off his duties. Also, Lapis was put to work at the mines earlier than Silver, which meant that his parents trusted him already. Silver was 16 when he began, Lapis only 13. Silver is 5 years Lapis's senior.

 

Although, it does seem like a lot of expectations were placed on Lapis. Perhaps his parents were disappointed in him when they saw his book...

There is also this fic that make Rarity and Fluttershy utter assholes just so the writer can justify removing them from Ponyville and raise AppleDash. What.

And I was off reading this thing about Smash Bros Brawl that Arcy had linked me. Whether Smash Bros in general was a fighting game at all and how Melee is more competitive than Brawl due to the creators.

Eeyup. Thats it exactly.

 

Not always in a straight line, but basically.

The argument was because it has items and party maps made for fun. While it has those, it also has regular maps with nothing special about them and you can turn off items. It did nothing but cancel that point.

Which it did with most of the other points.

Minus the one talking about Brawl having its ever consistent 8% chance to slip when sprinting off somewhere. Which was put there purposely for the reason of making it less competitive.
