Death is when you die. The end.

 

In a philosophical type of answer, death is something everyone worries about everyday in life. whether be it a clean and quick death or a long and prolonged torturous death, it's still something to hesitate about and will be scared of it. People use death as an excuse to run away from life, seeing as how they think they're useless.

 

Death is a wide and vague answer that can be answered in many ways but in the end..

You still just die and it's game over. That's always the end result.

Death is simply the absence of consciousness where there previosly was consciousness. If you die and come back, it's not like it affected you in any meaningful way (unless it caused brain damage or something).
