Right now I am stuck at Home Depot waiting for my dad to get here to pick me up.

 

I was supposed to have my orientation today but it got cancelled. Since my dad was on a tight schedule he won't be able to pick me up for a while.

 

So I'm just sitting in one of the back rooms on my computer waiting for my dad to make it here. Oh when the unexpected things happen. At least I have some things to do while waiting. I probably still have a little bit of waiting to do.

A new job. I just got a job and I have to do an orientation. It got cancelled today so I will have to go to one next week.

I should really ditch Verizon for an ISP; been having terrible Internet connectivity for, well, years. Guess how I've been doing.

Darn it, sorry for that. Death to Verizon then, slow internet is serious business.

Except it took me about 200 times longer than average to even make a post like that.

 

Question: My connection speed gets as low as 1kbps but currently averages ~10kbps. Is that pitiful?

What's the slowest your Internet speed has been? If it's slower than 1k at its worst, then I can't possibly be the only person with the suckiest ISP ever.

 

By the way, it's 21:50 and my connection, by my guess, was at less than 10k since about 15:00
