Sigh... The Temple is located atop a large mountain, which is the very first place Mrak (The name which the people of Earth know Stormgiggle by) touched upon her arrival on Earth. The bottom floors are open to the public, and are sort of an art/history museum and audience hall. The top floors are restricted to Stormgiggle and those she invites in only, and their contents of those rooms vary wildly. The entire temple is made out of empowered crystal and safety metal, and guarded by a very large staff of artificial lifeforms, so breaking in by force isn't an option. Teleporting in would be a very, very bad idea, as traps are in place to mess with teleportation magic.
