Not here, but the lake here is supposed to be a flood control lake, so the water level fluctuates all the time. Water level isn't the highest it's been, but it's high right now.

No, but my uncle does. Not right next to it though, there is corp land around it where it is prohibited to build houses on it in case the water level gets high enough to prevent flooding houses.

 

My parents bought land around another recreational lake reservoir, and are going to build a house down here in Arkansas. For the time being I live in Colorado, and I hope to stay living there...
