yes and no.... I base draw.... which is like drawing for people who actually can't draw..... basically I manipulate a picture or base to look how I want it to....

That's all fine and whatnot. I did the same thing for one of my pictures, however, I can't exactly do much custom stuff like that maids outfit. I only managed that cause I had a full on base to use. Tail and Mane were custom, but quite hard.
