Okay alright, simpler comparison, the gameplay of a shooter like Battlefield in comparison to the gameplay of Skyrim. That's how different a game like Skyrim feels like to me in comparison to one like Dark Souls

All four games can be considered either rpg or action-rpg, but Dark Souls and Mass Effect are simply more aimed towards the action part. I think what he means by "gameplay" for those two is how they're constantly going into things where as Fallout and Skyrim's gameplay is also filled with the ability to explore and do whatever you want. Ya know, questing, talking to random npcs, searching for loot, just plain walking around, grinding. I've never played Dark Souls or Mass Effect, but I don't think they have all that since it's not really what they're trying to do. They still have stats and gear like an rpg (at least, I know Dark Souls does), but they're not as open and im pretty sure mostly linear to keep the energy level up high and whatnot.

 

 

Also, fun fact: Skyrim bored the hell outta me, but I played the everloving shit outta Fallout 3.

That's understandable, Especially Uncharted, it doesn't appeal to everybody.

Quantum Break is an Xbone exclusive made by the same people who did Alan Wake and the first two Max Payne games. It's a game that will be released alongside a tv show of the same name. The two coincide and the show will influence the game and vice versa.

 

ReCore is an Xbone exclusive being made by the creator of the megaman series, the guys who developed the first metroid prime games and the lead writer of the original Halo trilogy. An open-world game with robot companions and stuff.  

 

GR Wildlands is nothing particularly new. The Ghost Recon franchise is massive

I also need to build me a pc, but i'm broke and that also requires me to save money, which, I don't like to do. Same goes for getting new consoles and the games for them.
