actually, its alot easyier than magic, less rules, and one card is all you need to win. and until you use blue eyes ultimate dragon, you cant make a comment about yu-gi-oh

actually, not manny people use a blue eyes deck anymore, because they are easy to take out, i use one because i looked hard for those cards, and you bet ill use it, machine decks are the top tiers around now, because of a fast summoning speed, dragon decks rely on power alone, so unless you have cards to back you up, you will lose, i happen to use a blue eye stardust hybrid deck, stardust dragon, one of the rearest cards, and b.e.u.d., one of the strongest, even so, many decks are far more powerfull

 

and blue eyes has that power because it has no effect, if it had an effect, it would be far weaker

yu-gi-oh does, so its a quickly learned game, i played mtg, didnt like it, and i played the xbox versoin, and that says alot from me, because i love videogames

I haven't noticed any quality issues, but in my media player I've had 2 that randomly cut out, and none of them ever show how long they are

But anyway, since I see a couple people here talking about magic the gathering, I'm a huge pokemon card nut. Even though I'm 18, I still play it and will also play it in public, even though people either look at me like I'm crazy or I'm a pedo. I really dig card games, but would Magic the Gathering be worth the ten bucks for a starter pack? I mean, I don't see too many Pokemon card leagues anymore and I totally flat out would love to play something that has all sorts of events for.

did someone say pokemon cards, i happen to be a card player myself, but the only starter ev chain i have finished is the snivy one, im in dire need of a charizard, and i specilize in dragon like cards, so i have a giritina and 2 gyrados chains

Too kiddy-kiddy and In-balanced for me but nothing wrong with it.

 

Purchase few event decks to get the feel for it.

That's my vote.

Whatsit, 20 bucks a deck? Worth it in my opinion since you get a good deck and most are actually packed with cards well over the price of the deck.

MTG can be a REALLY expensive hobby, especially when you tried to play in a tournament. But as Libertina said, some pre-formed decks can be totally awesome
