The hair may be a bit complex for me to draw, but I'm sure I'll manage

I love the colors on this character, so I'm thinking I may actually end up using more saturated color for this piece (so it picks up the color in the image better). Can I ask what her hair looks like when it's down? If you don't have an exact reference, I can easily incorporate the flowing mane into the image.

Sorry i don't have an image of the hair down, but kinda just a messy (but somewhat cue) style is what i imagine, I'm sure you will be able to make it look great

I've finished your request. The prompt this week was Butterflies, so I've added some wings. It was difficult to make a design that accomodated your character (she's not really designed for wings), so I suggest you come back next week (this thread started yesterday, so I'll have some catching up to do) for another request.

 

I have to apologize because I don't have a scanner. I had to take the image with my mother's camera phone. The headshot view turned out much better.

 

 

 

 

 

 

And your "complementory" headshot view (excluding the wings so you can use it for anything):

Well then, that's sertainly a unique idea. Normally I'd just adapt the wings to look more like a butterfly's or bug's, but I may actually try this out. It sounds like it might be fun.

Thanks I'm glad you like him. And no, I'm sorry I didn't watch Pokemon. Arcus is a weather term for a front wall thunder cloud, often producing a "silver lining"

They're not that great, I'm actually running this thread primarily to improve my artwork. I don't get many commissions, so I want to improve enough so that I can start taking them officially.
