searching Headlines: Scientific Species Escape!

I've been plotting this out, so I need ponies who'll join. This goes off of the crazy idea that changelings are a species made in a lab...probably untrue... There are three types of pony that are involved in this: bystanders, scientists, and the escapees/scientific experiments/new species. Bystanders are the ponies who befriend the escapees and aid them in escape and such. Most have no clue that they're escapees. Scientists are the ones who created the escapees. When the escapees escape, well, the scientists have to bring them back. They created the escapees for war. Finally, the escapees are the new species who'll escape from the lab aided by a power outage and the fire alarm being pulled. The emergency evacuation backup will start up and all the tanks containing the species will release tne creatures from their suspended states. The escapees have no memory and nopony knows them.
Anywho, here are the requirementsfor the escapees:
1) You must have a pony that is oddly out of place (e.i. four wings, two horns, spikes, etc)
2) Your pony will have no idea who they are, what their purpose is, etc.
3) You must have fun.
Requirements for scientists:
1) Must be a geeky, nerdy, or scientific pony who would be perfectly normal.
2) each of ya'll will be assigned a sector (wings, magic, etc) to look after. When the occupants escape, it'll be your job to track down the escapees of your sector.
3) You must have fun
Requirements for bystanders:
1) You must be perfectly normal: no alicorns (sorry)
2) You must somehow aid the escapees while they are on the run.
3) you must have fun

We have five sectors, which means we need AT LEAST two scientists per sector.
The sectors are as listed:
WINGS:
the escapees in WINGS have abnormal wings. Enormous, miniscule, more tnan three, dragon wings, etc. No alicorns here.
MAGIC:
these escapees have magical disorders. Their horns can be our of shape, non-existent, but still magical, super small, multiple, etc. They could be psychic, telepathic, telekinetic, etc. No alicorns in this sector, either.
MUSCLE:
these escapees are super strong. Their muscles aren't always visible, but they are powerful. This also includes super speed and such. No alicorns just yet.
AQUATICS:
Anypony watery. Seaponies, seahorses, and such. Not too many suggestions for this group No alicorns
OP:
This includes all ponies that are not in any of the groups above. That includes species SIMILAR to alicorns, ponies that have spines, odd animal graftings, you name it.

For each new species, you need a species name. You can use others species that will be posted, so that's a risk ya'll take when ypu post your species. Remember to add the name of you pony, 'cause it'll be stuck to your species' tank alongside the species type. Your new species will start in a tank of suspension fluid were scientists can study you more easily.

Here's the slots. We can have as many scientists as we want, but we need AT LEAST two in each catagory:

Ligeia the Siren at your service! I am willing to downpower her if its too OP. However i would like to know how much strong you need her. I am willing to go deeper into a story but i do not think its nessecary since she is an experiment for "war" as you mention in the beggining. Tell me if you want more and i can go into more. However i am dedicated to doing this!

Meh, more or less. I would prefer something more unique, like the pony incarnation of mythical horses, but I'll be fine with it. I have many ideas as well, but not all of them are very creative.

@@CamRad18, You could try making a story about a similar horse like... This!!! Its Lion Mane Stallion from Cardfight!! Vanguard turned into an MLP pony! Its King Alfred's stallion the King of the Royal Paladins.

A prototype sounds more suited for a lab than a demi-god...I also feel like it has more of a "scientific experiment" vibe than Zeus the horse deity. Besides, he won't be a carbon-copy of Mercer, I'm just basing the OC's powers off of him.

Ok, then as a magic patient, I would like to register Mind Dancer. Her horns act as antennae and can sense people's emotions, and the rare "Loud thought." She is a sweet and mild mannered unicorn, however can be very difficult to contain (Which is why she looks so beat up (ears and unicorn horn)) and loves being outside.
