Very chill.  The kick, I feel, doesn't really stand out as much as it should, though.  All I can hear when all the sounds are playing is the high end of it.  Maybe this was your intention, I'm not sure, but it kinda' bothers me.  Also, I think you could have brought in your hats a bit smoother.  They just kinda 'started'.

Overall, though, it's a decent track.  Good job.
