request Could someone please draw my character?

Well, I would really like if someone would sorta trace over my picture of one of my human characters. I don't really have a lot of experience in digital drawing, and I really have no tablet. I would also really like if someone colored it in, no shading if you don't want to. Feel free to fix anything that seems a bit off, my human anatomy sucks. 

 

 

I hope the picture isn't too complex. His one eye is supposed to be blank like that, make it just white. Also the thing around his neck is supposed to be a shirt collar, but I suck at drawing clothes, so you can only draw above that if you'd like. (you know... if someone actually wants to do this. T-T) 

 

 

 

If you would like I could draw you a picture in return, here's a quick example. It'll probably just be a headshot though. I'm better at drawing pony headshots than I am whole bodies just yet.
