request OC art needed.

Ok, after being denied at least 438 times in the past for this request, I'm making it one last time. ONE.

 

Firstly, a few things to keep in mind before filling this request:

1. You MUST be able to draw the OC in color!

2. The OC will be shown ALONE. No background ponies, or anything of the sort.

3. If possible, vector it.

4. If you decide to put a background for ANY REASON, it must be DARK in the background. A background is not necessary.

5. You have to be able to go off of a description. This wouldn't be here, but I don't even have a sketch.

 

Anyway, on to the description:

 

- Mane/Tail color: Red-Black (Not Striped.)

- Coat/fur color: Orange-Red (Don't know if you can manage striped, but if you somehow can, don't.)

- Eye color: Brown

- Gender: Male

- Type of pony: Unicorn

- Size: Somewhere between Foal and Adult, closer to Adult size.

- Mane style: Long. (If you don't draw on the requested type of armor, this is what you'll go by. I can't think of anything else.)

- Tail style: Free Flowing.

- Cutie Mark: Anvil (However, it will be covered up by the armor if  you do go with it.)

- Pose: Something Triumphant. In the end you are the artist though, so it's ultimately your decision, but I'm requesting what I'm requesting. Apparently trying to get something even remotely close to what I want is out of the question.

- Other: If possible, draw him wearing rusty makeshift-looking armor, that looks like it was simply pieced together with no effort from pieces of junk metal.

 

 

If the request can be filled before the new banner is considered as "Nearing Completion", that would be perfect.

If it can only be filled before the banner is ready, that would be great.

If it can't be filled until the new banner is already up, I will hate you for not having finished it sooner. Luckily the hatred will be canceled out by me being grateful for the art.

Just making this second post because the topic isn't even being so much as acknowledged...

I'll give it a shot I guess. But you probably aren't getting any replies because you're kind of coming across as demanding. Also, how can I do two colors without them being in stripes? Do you want a gradient?

Oh. Not a gradient, but rather a color that's between the two colors I suggested. (Dark red probably would have gotten the message across easier, not so sure what for the orange-red though).

Being denied means just keeping on trying, like so. I would know after the first 400 times you would get mad, but to be honest I would just draw the pony myself the best I can before doing anything. Use vectors, tutorials, or any other thing to draw it. Even if it has to be traditional, then go for it.

Besides that, i'm sorry to say that I cant do anything now. Art blocks do suck a lot :|

1) A lot of artists on here prefer having a reference picture to go off of. If you had one, even a basic one of the OC without armor or anything else, it would help.

2) Since I'm assuming you'll say you don't have the previously mentioned reference picture, start with a more basic request. Then use that as a building block to get better, and more detailed pictures of your OC.

3) Lose the attitude. No artist on here will do business with you if you are rude like that. Your reason for being rude is irrelevant, since it prevents you from getting the very thing you want.

just make a dumb pony on general zoi's pony creator. even THAT is close enough for a reference. also i'm confused, by orange-red striped coat, did you mean like zebra striping??? anyway, i'm totally willing to fulfill all your requests, but you do come off as kinda rude and demanding. keep in mind that you are a complete stranger, asking another complete stranger for a huge favor that will take HOURS out of their day, and for free out of the kindness of their heart. i'll do it, but you need to say the magic words first.

if you look at my avatar to the left, that's basically what my style looks like. thick black outlines that taper..decide whether you like that or not.

I'll do it. I completely understand that your frustration by the lack of art getting done on forum, which is one of the reasons why I started doing my own. I don't think any of my requests to others have been finished yet as well. Since the armor is makeshift, still could probably have the cutie mark partially showing.

The coat is red-orange color then, right? You could have just said red-orange and we would've understood. Anyway, i'll make your OC.I need to finish someone else's OC first (which is almost finished), then i'll start yours.

also, that's a pretty stupid reason to get banned :/ everyone and their mom uses pony creator. unless you were spamming or something, that's a stupid reason to get banned.

First of all, I'm still sort of debating on the name myself, I have a few ideas in mind, but if you have a suggestion I'd be glad to hear it!

 

Secondly, no, I wasn't expecting it this soon! I think you did a really good job! (Also, I don't mind that the armor doesn't really look pieced together, it still looks cool.

Yeah I have been thinking about just showcasing all of my computer art on the main post so people will know what has been done. Don't think I'll do that for the non computer sketches though because if someone requests one again then I'll just turn it into a computer drawing.

 

I don't have any name ideas at the moment, but I'll let you know if I think of one. Let me know if you think of one because I was thinking about writing an epic fan fic sometime this summer and he would work perfect as one of the characters.
