I could get shelter on a cloud where I would be pretty safe, as slimes can't fly or stay on clouds. Also, lighter+aerosol can proves quite useful against slime.

I'm not screwed. Using my talent in mechanics I got from a lighter straped to an aerosol can to a fully-functional flamethrower.

P.S. I'm getting some military gear to my OC soon. I made a request and I should get it soon.
