Why have a Steam Powered Top-hat? Well let's see... how about:

Automated Monocle

Cupcake Oven

Defense Turret

Gyrocopter

Punch Dispenser

Grappling Hook Launcher and Winch

Mini-crane

...

That is incredibly great. my brother would so be into that if it were real. but what would it do? pour tea, adjust your monocle... ah well. Steam powered monocle would seem more realistic but it would probably burn the eye you wore it over XD
